Barbara Laimins (LWV member who served on Illinois Task Force to study RCV) will cover the Pros and Cons - and the impact of Rank Choice Voting on voter turnout. This meeting will begin at 6:30 pm at the Freeport Public Library - with time for Q & A. Refreshments will follow from the Full Circle Cafe. Open to the public.
